User fields

User fields can be added to most input masks. Use the user field dialog to select the input mask (table) in the selection box and enter your names in the free fields.

Create user fields

Your field name is then displayed in the selected screen template. As a rule, a region for user fields is available on the "Advanced" tab. In the report designer, the user fields can be accessed via "User_xxx" fields.

These user fields can be used like any other fixed field.

If changes are made in this dialog, a restart of EULANDA® is necessary to activate them in the masks.

Advice for advanced learners

If user fields are used in order processing, user fields that are used in the master data can be transferred to order processing as default values. Documentation can be found in the chapter "SQL Registry" of the developer manual under "Fieldmaps". Changes to the SQL registry may only be made by trained persons.
