This value determines the section of the characteristic tree in the EULANDA article master that is to be transferred to SHOP. Articles without catalog assignment cannot be exported to the SHOP.
When exporting article data, you can specify whether an article must be assigned to a characteristic within EULANDA. In the SHOP, products that are assigned to categories can be found in a hierarchy. If "CheckCategory 1" is passed and the article is not in one of the subfeatures of "CategoryRoot" (in EULANDA), it is not output and instead a warning is output.
When exporting article data, this can be used to determine whether an article must contain an image. Images are expected in the DMS (= document system). If "CheckPicture 1" is used and the article does not contain an image, it will not be exported and a warning will be displayed.
When article master data is exported, this specifies that a purchase price must exist. This is either taken from the master data or, if a price list is specified, from this special price list. If "CheckPurchasePrice 1" is used and no purchase price can be determined, a warning is issued and the article is not exported.
Checks whether there is a sales price for the item in the item master data. If "CheckSalesPrice 1" is used and there is no sales price, a warning is issued during export and the article in question is not exported.
Checks whether a SHOP extension is assigned to the article. The SHOP extension is an additional screen within the EULANDA article management, which contains important information especially for SHOPs. In addition to a classification such as single article, master or variant, this area contains information such as base price, cross-selling and up-selling information, specification of variants, META tags such as keywords, etc.
This value is used to automatically create different target directories. This value is mandatory and is used to clearly differentiate the target directories for several clients. In the simplest case, it can be named like the profile. However, if different profiles are required for a client, you can use the Client parameter to store the data in one and the same directory.
This command sends a message to the Windows event system. This is then visible in the Windows event log. Further parameters such as EventType and EventMsg must be specified in the CONFIG.ini file or as command line.
This command sends an e-mail and requires various SMTP parameters. These can be specified completely or partially in the CONFIG.ini file.
The "Consultant" entry can be used to define an administrator. This is transferred to the EULANDA field "ProcessedThrough" when an order is created.
Converts images from psd format to jpg or png format. The selection of the target format is set via the "PictureFormat" parameter. For this operation Photoshop CC 2017 is required and must have been started before.
Copies files from a folder into the DMS structure. This has subfolders with the names of the articles. During copying, certain cleanups of the files are performed.
A "CopyPrefix" can be specified during the copy process. If it does not already exist, this is set before the file name.
Source directory from which the files are copied into the DMS with "CopyFolderToDms".
Prefix that is added in front of the files to be copied if the file name does not already contain it. This can be useful if the article number is supplemented by a manufacturer code when importing data. Images must match the article number to be assigned as file names. The "CopyPrefix" property allows such an abbreviation to be added to the image name. If the abbreviation is "JWL" and the file name is "4711", this becomes the image name "JWL4711". The prefix must be in capital letters, as article numbers are only stored in EULANDA in this way.
Corrects an error of the Amazon plug-in that reads in partial position with the factor 100 too high.
|CorrectionUnitTotalPrice||Corrects an error of the Amazon plug-in by swapping the single with the total position price.|
|CorrectionVatMissing||Corrects an error in the Amazon plug-in where the net prices are also transferred as gross prices. The VAT is taken from the configuration parameter "Tax".|
|CustomField||CustomField can be used to specify a comma separated list of field names to be converted from EULANDA to XML during export. The field names must be specified in capital letters and must correspond to those of the EULANDA-XML database.|
In SQL Server, an SQL function with the name "cnf_custom_shop_artikel_info" is expected for each supported field, which expects a single field name as input parameter and the completely new content thereof as output value.
Complex customer-specific text formats are possible using such an SQL function. For example, characteristics to which the article is assigned can be evaluated by placing the texts of the properties one after the other for the characteristics and appending them to the INFO field, for example. In this way, texts can be standardized.
Specifies the name of a customer group. This is used to calculate the purchase price when items are exported. This option can be used to create individual customer price lists with item information in XML format. This option requires the "PurchasePrice" parameter, the "Pricelist" parameter must not be used in this context.
