Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Software is generally offered and supplied for download. Complaints and returns must be reported in advance. Please use the contact form, e-mail info@eulanda.de or phone +49 (0) 6126-9373-0.


Deliveries to foreign countries:

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via SEPA direct debit
- Payment via PayPal Plus
- Payment by invoice


In case of deliveries to a foreign european country, you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via SEPA direct debit
- Payment via PayPal Plus

In case of deliveries to a foreign non european country, you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via PayPal Plus


Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 7 days.

If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You are under obligation to send us the mandate in writing with your signature within 5 days after signing the contract. You will receive a pre-notification at least 3 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
